  6. Add the spice mix to it and start to beat on a low speed.
  7. Beat until the sugar looks well dissolved.
  8. Then add the dry ingredients slowly and fold in well.
  9. Peel and mash the cooked apples.
  10. Add the mashed apples to the cake batter and mix well(the batter will be thick).
  11. Grease a cake tin or pan with some butter.
  12. Place a baking sheet at the base (optional).
  13. Transfer the cake mix in the tin and level evenly.
  14. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done.
  15. Let cool before you demould.
  16. Slice and serve with sugar dusting.
